Your Questions, Answered

  • Yes! You’re welcome to bring cake or cupcakes. Outside food is limited to party desserts only.

  • Each guest is served two slices of pizza. Pizza is provided as whole, one-topping pizzas, and quantities are rounded up to accommodate your guest count.

  • To make sure every party gets a fresh, fully prepared space, we schedule 30 minutes between parties for cleanup and setup. We ask that guests plan to arrive at their scheduled start time. If you do arrive early and the room is ready, our team will get you in—but early entry can’t be guaranteed due to our slots frequently filling in completely.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • Each guest in the Gamer Package receives a Hoosier Alley play card with one hour of arcade play (excluding crane and instant-win games) and two rounds of laser tag. Arcade time starts at the first swipe, so we recommend saving arcade play until after your time in the party room to avoid losing any arcade time.
